Welcome to the Software Engineering Group

The Software Engineering Group’s research focuses on software development methods and tools, quality assurance techniques and measures and software implementation of IT security requirements. The posters below give an overview of the work and projects that the group is conducting in cooperation with its partners and the Software Engineering for Embedded Systems Group (PES).

In teaching, we are involved in the basic phase of computer science education and also offer advanced courses on software engineering in general and other specialized topics, e.g. object orientation, aspect orientation and new software development paradigms, model-driven software development, formal methods for the modelling and analysis of software-based systems, quality assurance, testing, software development processes and IT security.
